Aspen Pediatrics purchases the non clinical assets of your practice, and provides the management functions (revenue cycle management, HR, IT, accounting, credentialling and more) to allow doctors more time to focus on their passion: caring for our future generations.

Learning
We like to start with getting to know you, your values, your business and where you want to go.
You learn about us, and how we can help get you there.
If we both have interest, we will sign a confidentiality agreement to safely share additional commercial and financial information.

Purchasing & Partnering
We pay a fair price to acquire the non clinical assets of your company, entering into a Managed Service Agreement (MSA) to provide all of the back end functions that allow doctors and APPs to focus on medicine.
After learning more about the business, we will agree on a custom letter of intent (LOI). The LOI describes the terms of the transition of your business (and perhaps your career!) to Aspen.
The time from LOI to to completing the deal is generally three months. During this time, we both continue to affirm what we have begun to learn.

Exit
We put at the forefront ensuring a transition that ensures the care of your team, your practice and patients - and of you.
Once we cross the finish the line of the business portion, you always remain a part of the network that makes up Aspen.
